Before we talk about real estate, let’s talk about what matters to you.

Buying or selling a home often marks a bigger change in life. Before we make a plan, I want to understand what you’re hoping to accomplish, what concerns you, and what a successful outcome means to you.

Looking Out for People Has Always Mattered to Me

My instinct to look out for people began long before my real estate career.

For 15 years, I worked in professional search and rescue with dogs, participating in approximately 350 to 400 searches. We searched for missing children, lost hunters, people living with Alzheimer’s, and people who never made it home. That work included searches following the September 11 attacks in 2001.

Alongside my dogs, I helped families and supported emergency responders. I also trained dogs and handlers and helped develop organizations capable of responding when people needed them most.

I remain grateful for the opportunity to have served those families. That experience shaped how I approach responsibility: listen carefully, prepare thoroughly, anticipate what could go wrong, and do everything possible to help when the outcome matters.

Those instincts continue to guide my work in real estate.

I believe people deserve to understand their options and how one decision affects the next. For more than 16 years, I’ve helped buyers and sellers throughout Land O’ Lakes, Wesley Chapel, North Tampa, Pasco County, and northern Pinellas County put that understanding into practice as they navigate important transitions.

Sequence Matters

I believe people deserve to understand their options and how one decision affects the next. For more than 16 years, I’ve helped buyers and sellers throughout North Tampa, Pasco, and northern Pinellas County put that understanding into practice as they navigate important transitions. I take seriously the trust people place in me, especially when their home, financial security, and next chapter are involved.

The order in which you make decisions can affect your options, your expenses, and your peace of mind. Whether we’re coordinating a sale and purchase or deciding when to commit to the next step, I help you see how the pieces fit together before you act. We build the plan around your circumstances and priorities.

My purpose is to build trust through relationships and create lasting value by helping people confidently navigate life’s big decisions. In practice, that means thinking ahead, giving candid advice, and looking out for your interests throughout the process.

Beyond Real Estate

Outside of work, my family, my friendships, and my Golden Retriever, Quinn, are central to my life.

Years of working alongside search dogs gave me a lasting appreciation for the bond between a person and a dog. There will always be a place for one in my life.

“When we work together, my goal is for you to feel confident in your decisions, comfortable asking questions, and certain that someone is looking out for you.”
